If you have recently been told that you will need brain surgery, you may be concerned. This is understandable as brain surgery seems like the most invasive form of surgery. Thankfully, when I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, my neurologist took the time to explain exactly what to expect from the surgery and the steps I would need to take in order to prepare for it.
